Age of Sigmar Dwarfs and Goblins
« on: October 23, 2015, 12:11:24 AM »
I played my son and Gaming Heir at Age of Sigmar using the classic Night Goblin versus Dwarf match up.

The game looks good and it is great that you are able to play with your kids. My eldest is only 5, so although he is pretty keen to play 'war' with daddy at this stage it is more about straight roll offs, and identifying who rolled more (and then convincing him that I am allowed to occasionally win a round of combat!).

Have your kids expressed an interest in getting an army of their own?

Son and Heir (as opposed to Gaming Heir) has an Eldar army that he uses at his school club. Though he's not actually that keen on any of the painting or modelling aspects of the hobby.
Mosty he just wants to melt his mate's Riptide.
:)

Gaming Heir has some marines and talks grandly of getting more stuff.
More stuff that I'll end up painting.
