I've just opened up my Pendraken 10mm WW1 German Stormtroopers (for use in Latvia 1919 wargames) and they are very, very excellent - a fantastic number of different infantry poses. I also bought a pack of the WW1 Russians to use for the very same 'campaign'. That aside, I have a couple of questions...what would be a good set of rules for this period in 10mm and, on a much grander 'skirmish' scale, in 28mm. I've had a look at 'Bloody Picnic' and they seem fine....any pointers? The other question is... base sizes (for the 10mm only) and numbers of figures I should put on them.
