I've finally painted my first miniatures for my Genestealer Cult warband (I should paint about 14 miniatures, for now).

I painted the first Genestealer purestrain, here the nice guy with the Hierarch and Hybrid.
What irony, I own these OOP miniatures (not the hierarch of course) from more than 13 years and just now I'm painting SOME of them

Awesome work. I thought these were very cool when they came out. Its a shame GW morphed the Genestealers into what they are today.

What mini did you base it on, or is a complete sculpt? I hope you don't mind me storing that idea for future reference...

The ogryn-hybrid is a new original sculpt, I bought it in a private commission on a facebook group
