(COMMERCIAL) Problems with I-94 enterprises

I normally love I-94 decals, but a recent batch has left me wondering if there isn't a problem.

I had some that were old, dried out, but purchased recently. 9 out of 10 disintegrated and were awful. I've never fought with decals so badly.

Worse, I can't get in touch with Dave Winfree. Email doesn't work. Contact form dead.

Anyone have insight? I don't want to see these normally great decals gone.
