Nice stuff - who makes them and what ruleset were they used for?

The maker and the ruleset share the same name: 48storm. It's an italian sculptor/game designer that makes a range of 1:48 world war 2 miniatures. It's an evolution of the previous game/range 1:48 Combat, still sold by Baueda.
