Haggis Rampant: Hammer and Anvil Full AAR
« on: December 19, 2015, 11:02:23 AM »
Hi Folks,

With the season of goodwill closing on fast it seemed only right that we were to indulge ourselves in some Medieval mayhem with the continuum of our Haggis Rampant campaign. Things are hotting up in Campaign Season II. Well, it is for everyone but me who is only on +1 Glory, compared to others this is a somewhat miniscule total with most being in the tens and some in the twenties!!   ;D ;D ;D

Please feel free to head over to my La journee Blog for the next (humiliating) episode of the Haggis Rampant Raiding Season:

Cheers,

Ah, your entire force standing around doing nothing while the enemy out manoeuvres you completely. A Lion Rampant speciality..  ;)

Such are the dice.  lol

Enjoying seeing the campaign expanding.

It's just great to get some Late Medieval troops types on the tabletop! One's that aren't multi based that is :)

Indeed. There was even some special Rules for them in Wargames illustrated.

Harry, in a recent edition of Wargames Illustrated, which for some inexplicable reason I can't find anywhere  o_o . Until about a month ago we were using it every week.... anyway I digress....

There's an article called Landwasters and Raven Feeders that features a LR variation for the Early Medieval period written by the author Dan Mersey.

If I were you I'd get in touch with WI and ask if that edition is available as a hard copy or a PDF.

Hope that helps?

Darrell.
