Didn't the Sweeney have .38 revolvers? Otherwise, brilliant! I'm seconding the request for the tough DS figure....

As far as I know all British police had .38 revolvers in the '70s... usually thrown in a cardboard box and kept in a lockable steel office cabinet along wth the ammo. Police firearms regs were as ridiculous as kipper ties.
