A chap needs to keep warm while he drives his 'fares' around on a cold night.
 

Had crossed my mind, though the whole 'spinning in the cockpit' to keep evenly toasty had as well.  

Fair's fair, does look properly insulated.

And, almost as cosy for the fare.

Commenced the next project*: a steam lorry.

While that loud *whoosh* sound you hear is the group of us, mostly lurkers, tunelessly whistling while rolling eyes, thinking of the large pile UNSTARTED.

I have an occasional spurt of finishing projects. 
I'm chugging through the back to backs and I'm keen to get on with the steam wagon but the steam hansom is glaring at me.
My company is in the post office (hopefully) and I'll go get it tomorrow which will undoubtedly distract me some more...
