Forum signature images :(

Please, is there a way we can get an option to turn off/not display the increasing number of big picture signatures on the forum.

Blocking one or two with the ad-blocker was not too much of an issue and I have been doing since joining here, but depending on the way the gallery naming works this can block all images posted by the poster.

As these bloody things are becoming more and more common please can we get the facility to switch them off.

Rob, you can switch them off easily in the settings of your user profile:

Profile -> Look and Layout Preferences-> Don't show users' signatures

I agree with Rob... Not sure why people feel the need to have massive (and always pointless) images in the signature. 

That said, there are often things like links to blogs and such in people's signatures too, and I often don't want to block those out as well because I like to visit them occasionally.

Would it be possible to toggle signature images and text on/off separately please?

Unfortunately that's not possible, such a feature isn't provided by the forum software.
