Bob Naismith Spacemen Files
« on: January 09, 2016, 08:44:49 AM »
I made this little list of all science fiction miniatures made by Bob Naismith for different companies after the Rogue Trader figs he did at Citadel.
It actually started because I was looking for suitable alternatives for overpriced vintage Citadel miniatures and has become a fanboy obsession. So I put it on my blog to share it with the world.

Bob also did miniatures for the Trinity Battleground game and the Havok game with pre-painted plastic miniatures.

Is White Wolf [Trinity Battleground] around anymore? Haven't been to a major convention in forever, and a WW booth was the only sign I had of breathing.

Handsome, Doug.

Forgive a question from my powerful deja vu, but are those an acquired line?

As I get older,  mis- and false- remembered are getting to be a daily occurrence.

Would you count his stuff for toy companies? I believe he was the sculptor for Battleball https://boardgamegeek.com/boardgame/6795/battleball as well as doing all of the pre-Dungeons & Dragons Heroscape stuff.

Yes, of course! thanks.

Re: Battleball: anything that's sci-fi and still available, but I probably will have to do and appendix with out of production games and miniatures!

Originally for Hobby Games (now defunct) and thence to em4 via Dice & Games. The world turns.

Thanks!

I know many folk are grateful that you're doing such a great job of saving lines.

As for my earlier question, just found on the WW Publishing page:

Tonight, the original saga of monsters among us continues! On October the 26th 2015, Paradox Interactive acquired White Wolf Publishing and the World of Darkness. White Wolf is based in Stockholm, Sweden, with a brand new team and a focused vision.

Whither Trinity Battleground, nothing.
