1/56 (28mm) Citroën Traction Avant 11CV Prints
« on: January 10, 2016, 05:04:09 PM »
Hello all, I am new here though I have been browsing the forum as a guest for quite a while.  :) Here is our new 1/56 print of Citroën Traction Avant 11CV. This iconic car was widely used by the French Army, German Army and Air Force and French resistance force during WWII. This model has both civilian type headlights and military type headlights. We will soon make a prototype with this 3D print for resin casting.

Here is what we were working on for the last couple of days  ;)

And a new handy tool for people who use Vallejo paints often, like me.

More information is available from our blog http://neucraftmodels.blogspot.com/ and website neucraftmodels.com.

Lovely news. Just read wiki saying this vehicle also found in Libya. I presume with the DAK.

I believe two types of shields were made for the French 25mm anti-tank. Are you planning such?

Welcome to LAF. I've been admiring your earlier stuff like the Otter on your website. Really superb models.

Hi Helen, if you mean SA mle. 1937 25mm anti-tank gun, yes we plan to make one too. Though only one war-time photo I could find online shows the SA37 25mm guns was used by France Army. http://www.mojehobby.pl/products/French-25mm-Anti-tank-gun-S.A.L.-Mle-1937.html

Re SA34 25mm, according to Wiki English page "Examples captured by the German forces were operationally used under the designation 2,5 cm Pak 113(f). Some captured guns also made it into Italian service in North Africa as alternatives to the Solothurn S-18/1000,[5] under the designation cannone da 25/72." So it could be useful for your Italian force.

as you are working on the 25mm , a naval mount one to fit in 15cwt trucks as used by the Free French will be nice

there are plenty of 15cwt trucks on the market, but the gun ...  ;)

First time saw this portee :o Would love to make this variant.

Do you know what kind of naval mount it has?Judging from the height of the gun and barrel, seems the mount is a very tall one. Could it be something like this?

Or like this ? But I am afraid it is not tall enough.http://www.navweaps.com/Weapons/WNFR_13mm_aamg.htm
