Need Inspiration?

Nicked this link off the Steve Dean Forum, a video of a splendid D&D set up, over an hour long though.

Ok!.....yeah,wow!  :o

Surely though every game would end up being the same. You couldn't possibly keep up building enough terrain to keep ahead of your players?

I'd seen some of that before.  It's also a good example of what happens when you have tons of money.  I don't believe he did any of that himself.  He commissions almost everything - so essentially what most of us would do if we had the scratch!   lol

I do think the board is big enough for a full RPG, but as mentioned, the RPG would simply have to take place on the same board often.  I also question how accessible some of the board is when you get to the middle (deep in the corners of the dungeon bit for example).

Beautiful work though.  His game room is nearly the size of my apartment.  lol

Yup, he says in the video that he commissions the painting, he also says he has it set up as a diorama, so I imagine it goes in all the cabinets he has around the room and only uses part of the collection for games but who knows.
