Thanks hazel I think its coming along well,

the trees passed the photograph test better than I thought they would,

That was the first time I had taken pictures of figures and senery together

I was really pleased with it.

my trees are nowhere near as good as your olive trees.

Great group you got going there. Nice little armoured car in the background as well. God, that makes me wanna get out my Tiger Miniature Greeks and start painting.

And, as has been commented, the trees look great. It's a pity seafoam is so fragile. I've often used it for architectural models and even there you need to have some pieces on the side for repairs. Has anybody tried spraying seafoam with a pva-water mixture? Maybe that helps.

I agree the seafoam is a bit fragile I'm trying to be careful with it , I'll have to see how it goes really, I dont mind repairing it would be quite straight forward, Its a cheap and effective way of getting things done.

I don't find it too difficult to get them on here just the size of them seems to do my head in.

Now I can have a gallery I tried to put some wip shots of something else in from my desktop and it said they were too big  so I did it through the blog.

Maybe I need a tutorial on how to ensure your photo's are of a certain size
