When it comes to 'figure war games' this isn't my bag at all (historic 28mm black powder and earlier is my thing) but that looks absolutely splendid. Wow.

Pretty cool.  I actually like the smaller guys a bit better, any close-ups of them?

Oh my. I own one of those, now I'm too scared to paint it!  :D
(no I'm not, so anyone thinking of asking me to post it to them instead can give that up  ;) - but I'll not do as good a job)

I hadn't seen that mech design before. It's gorgeous. The paintjob complements it perfectly.

Models like this are precisely the kind of thing that 15mm does well. Also, to turn that around, 15mm is precisely the kind of thing that models like this do well. They go hand in hand. It's why I like that scale.

Ah, 15mm, that's a shame.

For the infantry that's true (they are excellent and I'd love to have them in 28mm). But for 28mm the fiddler mech seems about the same size as the combat drones in Appleseed Alpha and the humanoid mecha, sans weapons, could serve as a construction landmate.

I think it's great that the store owner explicitly states how tall the figures are in the product description. With Sci fi items like these, where size can't be easily inferred from knowing the real world counterpart, such information is golden... Thanks!

Truly spectacular, as usual. It seems you're always painting the coolest miniatures; do you filter your jobs? ;)

As for the mech in the picture; one question. Is the gatling gun really wonky, or is that a distortion of the picture?
Miniatures you say? Well I too, like to live dangerously...

Yep - use (paint) filters a lot. Mostly on vehicles but also on plate armour on figures.
You're not supposed to notice the 'wonky' gatling. I did correct it before painting but probably re-bent it when quick-drying the airbrushed paint with a hair dryer. Should still be able to fix it though.

I gathered that, but I was jokingly referring to how you always seem to be painting the coolest miniatures and not the 'coolness-challenged' ones... ;)

This is not the gatling gun we're looking for. Move along... :D
