I've been trying to find my copy of the Blandford book on the Imperial Russian army, but of course, of all the Blandford's I have, it's the only one I can't find
No doubt it will turn up in a few months
They did wear silver sashes, at least up to the mid-19thC. Presumably these would have been worn concurrently with the Prussians' sashes, although I've no idea when either were phased out.
Can't help with definite info for the saddle cloth, but if you get nothing else, I'd suggest Russian green with silver trim, which even if not accurate should look OK.
