is there any place where one can read a little more about the rules? The Warlord Website doesn't provide much information or maybe i'm just to blind to see it.
Me too... Will this be BA style activation thingy? That might actually shine in a Zombie setting.

Television is rather a frightening business. But I get all the relaxation I want from my collection of model soldiers. P. Cushing

I don't think it will use the BA style of activation, no real indication of that. I did notice that the "dice" in the game are unique and look like special use dice for the game with the symbols on it. Another thing that caught my eye is that it stated 1-3 players. So there must be a solo play option and 1-3 I wonder could mean 2 human factions and a zombie controller or could it be all three humans with a mechanic for zombies...I am sure a game play example will be out soon.

I'd really like to see a rule sample like mantid did....

It seems i am not alone i my desire for a rules preview.

To be honest i can't really understand the excitement then. Half of the kits were already previously released. Nobody knows anything about the rules. And Warlord wants a whopping 110 pounds for the pre-order. I will definitely get the rules or probably the starter set but the all-in pre-order is not for me.

I'm not sure if the BA activation will be ideal for zombies.  Seems whenever we play BA there is always a whole bunch of pulls where one army gets to go many times before the other.  Makes sense in a fog of war/battlefield command sort of thing but Z's should always be slow right up until they try and snatch a bite!

If the Zombies only had one or two dice then they couldn't go more than once per turn, but you would never know when.

Akula's card-driven approach with 'ARSE' does pretty much just that, no?

Either way, I'm just muddying the waters with speculation as I don't play enough of either...  o_o

I'm interested in bits of this for conversion fodder and for the bikes!

True, but the models were also remastered. I loved what WF did but I felt they could have done somewhat better, based on what I am seeing in the pics it looks like things was.

I'll wait until the kits are on sale individually. I have most of them already and only want the Spec Ops & Biker sets.

Rick posted on the Warlord forums that they are working on a video, perhaps even a battle report. They are also going to have a demo at Salute.

For me I like the concept and some of the models but the lack of rules previews and the cost is putting me off.

That may be an odd question, but do someone knows if, in the rules, Zombies are based individually or in groups?

When I Remember it right from a short view in the Rules at the Tactica the zombies are individual based.

Just to let you guys know, we (Grekwood Miniatures) are also taking pre-orders for Project Z. We have all the items individually and have even knocked a little extra off.

There is currently limited amounts available of each item due to how much I can currently buy in.

Cheers
