Tooth and Claw

I'm currently working through a lot of the creature models I have in the lead pile (makes a break from painting toads!).
First up some reaper bones spiders and a metal tarantula. The tarantula legs needed to be bent to fit on the base. Naturally one snapped off and had to be pinned back in place. (this became a recurring theme with spider legs). Painted this one in the same grey colour as the base to represent a camouflaged cave spider.





Some beetles. The shells were originally painted a light beige but that didn't work so they were given quite a few ink washes to darken them.



Finally Stoaty the weasel. Animal companion to my nephew's hobbit character. This is the same creature in his normal and angry "hulk" mode.

Ahhhh! Disgusting!  Someone flush them down the toilet. Only, I'm not touching them.
