28mm grav tanks/apc
« on: February 11, 2016, 07:35:56 AM »
So my local group is planning on expanding into Beyond the Gates of Antares, and I think I am going to go with the Algoryn.  Their style really calls to me.  However I would like to include an armored vehicle with them.  Can anyone suggest some interesting grav apc or take in 28mm.  I have been thinking the style more like Renegade Legion over 40k.  One model I could not find was DLD productions Raven Grav Apc.  But any suggestions  are appreciated.

I belive they will be coming out with vehicles soon. But I will have to double check in the Facebook page.

Antenocitis workshop used to do some, but it looks like they've dropped them for their Infinity stuff.

Pig Iron do a main battle tank, but it's definitely not grav

Daemonscape do some, but I've not seen them in real life.

The Tau ones in 40k are some of my favourites, and not too 40k looking (the main thing I like about the Tau is that they're fairly generic SF figs)

Curious myself to see what others suggest ;D

Daemonscape make a lot of Ground Zero Games' old 25/28mm vehicles:

And Scotia have the Kryomek range as well as the Void range (mentioned earlier):

... of course, you could always try some Tau, Eldar or Space Marine grav vehicles...  :o

Oh that's a shame! I didn't realise Antenocities stopped down those tanks! I used one for a Manta Tank for Judge Dredd project....

Does it have to be a grav tank? Antenocities look as if they do good wheeled APCs.

I've got one of these in my box waiting for paint. It's a very nice model.

As has been mentioned, Daemonscape is has some good grav tanks. Definitely a look that would not be incompatible with a Rogue Legion aesthetic. Reasonably priced also.

You could always do a homage to Rick Priestly with a deodorant bottle grav tank :P
