It passes the time.The ear armour - well maybe older elfs need the extra support to stop gettting floppy ears?

Light hearted enjoyable nonsense over a cup of tea.

I like how distance is flexible. Characters can travel for days to get to a place, then get back home from there in under a day. Everything is within walking distance even though the landscape is radically different.

Maybe they played to much old school Warcraft? you have to walk all the way to some place before you can get the fast travel options 


Expanse is actually very good, looking forward to the next series, shame its next year.

Meanwhile I got the books recently so will read them (Expanse that is - Shannara books are in the loft, no real push to read them again any time soon).
