[Kickstarter] Wulfshéade Miniatures 15mm Sci-fi - AI mech
« on: February 15, 2016, 08:05:12 PM »
Spotted this one on dropship horizon, I'm pretty sceptical of the sculpts right now tbh, but the guy apparently has done work for the big companies, including GW and privateer, as well as loud  ninja games 15mm stuff.

I would really prefer to at least see a image of production prototypes, and painted examples.

If this were a thread about scratchbuilt mecha, I'd be impressed. As for-sale models, I'm a bit underwhelmed. Also pretty pricey, right?
understanding is a three-edged sword

Prices are nothing special, some of the models might be a pain to cast I guess. But yea prices are what you might expect from a small'ish 15m mech I guess, there are cheaper and probably better looking mechs out there for sure.

They look kinda of interesting - but I can't tell if they are meant to have a bit of a steam punk vibe, or it is just the use of the brown/bronze coloured putty and the green putty that makes them look steam punk, along with the curved surfaces.
