Looking good  :)

I usually paint the flesh after the first or second main colour. I suspect some paint the flesh first because it really brings the figure to life so encourages you to keep going. I find applying the initial base colours hard going for some reason. My enthusiasm picks up after the flesh goes on and I start on the shading and highlights.

For flesh all I do is block paint the area with a bright flesh such as GW Elf flesh then go over it with a flesh wash such as GW Ogryn Flesh wash. Looks good enough as a wargames standard. My current unpainted lead pile is over 200 figures so I don't have time to mess about.

ok - finished.  while the pants/hair are not my best efforts, the skin is so overall will fit in well with rest of my midling/good enough/table ready paint jobs.
