I do love the painting of the figures.
A very interesting period.
One I have wanted to paint,
would use them in a pirate game as Spanish.

If you look at the (expanded) range at Northstar, you'll see that they produce specific Spanish figures.

What is most interesting is that Polish magnats were about to dethrone king of Poland and offer the crown to Charles-Paris Duke of Longueville in 1672 - when he died in battle of Tolhuis.

Pity no one is making Polish and Turkey forces for 1672 in 28mm.
