This is good.  Coloured stripes or accents would really improve it.  Maybe make some white or tan buildings too.  And definitely include some adverts or posters - cyberpunk imagery is pretty easy to find in GIS.  Collate and resize a bunch on a Powerpoint/Impress slide and print in colour.

I downloaded sheets of posters, adverts and graffiti from the internet and printed them off in colour at work 







I couldn't fit some of the larger posters on the side of the buildings so I put together a couple of advertising hoardings, one for the bus stop and one on top of one of the smaller buildings.

I still need to paint up the roof lights, but it is already much more colourful - thank you for the input!
