Seeing as the other thread has been locked...

I'd like to fling a brush across that and see what it can look like in glorious technicolour.

Looking great, way better than the archer! Will certainly grab a box now.

Was going to reach for my tin hat when I saw the thread title but hopefully won't be necessary. I like the look of this guy enough and more than the previous one that was shown.

(FWIW quite a few posters on another popular forum weren't too impressed with the first photo either but it didn't lead to a barney but rather a nostalgia fest of photos of gnolls through the ages from various manufacturers.)

I actually do like this. I know from the comments made when this shot was released that the pose is a more hunch-backed one than you realise because the shot is straight on. Again, I like that.
Coming from a D&D old school background the idea of a Gnoll warband with all the options is too good to miss and this latest shot has removed any fears. Once they go from 3-ups to true prototypes I would really like a traditional hyena-like paint job on one!
Each to their own, but I'm sold!

I am still very excited for the Frostgrave plastic Gnolls. I do like the looks of the Gnolls, both the archer and this new hand weapons gnoll. I'll definitely pick up a box.

Now that I like.  I reckon these would be great for converting as other beastial creatures if you had the right heads. Demons, goat men etc.

Like it generally, but the hands are not very animalistic and the head.. well I think it would make for a great teddy bear conversion :P

But much improved on the archer we already saw.

I'm sorry but for me it just doesn't live up to the concept art, he looks too happy.. lol

However as a converter I likely will still buy some.
