The picture doesn't give too much away, but what I see looks a bit like Bones stuff.

I have found there is some variety in the hardness of WK plastics, if this ends up the harder stuff, or even the hardest I have only found in one or two it might be worth a look. If its their soft stuff no point whatsoever.

There I was thinking WK was White Knight and got a little excited.

The line will come in a variety of three packs: Heron Packs, Monster Packs, and Item Packs.

Sweet! I've got some 28mm geese and chickens, but hadn't found any heron yet. Not that I was looking. But given that my current campaign is set in/near wetlands, these will be great for setting the scene.  lol

I think that's what they're competing with by putting it out.

Yep, D&D branded bones stuff. There's not much on this planet that leaves me this cold.

Agreed, although I haven't seen truly soft plastic from WizKids in years, not since the early 2000s.  Certainly nothing even as soft as Bones is, although Reaper's plastic takes paint better than the best of WK's stuff.  There are a surprising number of decent sculpts in the (many) ranges of prepaints, but only the more rigid plastics have enough detail and durability to be worth the effort of repainting to a better standard.

Be nice if these turned out to be as hard as Trollcast or GW plastics, but I doubt that'll be the case.

There are some more pictures up on their blog

Nice dynamic poses, so if it's a decent quality plastic, I could well be tempted.
