Do you know if anyone make the Sdkfz. 6/3 "Diana" at 1/56 scale?

Warlord has it in their "Duel in the Sun" book, so it'll probably be here soon.

At least anyone makes the standard Sdkfz. 6 and the soviet 76.2mm M1936 field gun. I could try to make a scrach built version of this vehicle.

Finally, I'm making the body of de Diana. Still waiting the base vehicle.

The wheel of the gun are not correct. But don't have the skills to make styrene circles.

Yes there is. I've the Shapeway's model.

Lovely model and fits very well with Perry Miniatures crew.

On the workbench at the moment.

Yes, it is an expensive model, but worth it IMHO.

Thanks.

Your Diana already looks great! :)
It's an interesting vehicle, as are all those German SPGs made with captured guns or vehicles.

Your build is looking great so far. Odd or lesser used vehicles always make for a fun modeling project.

Nice start!

I can laser cut you some plasticard circles - just let me know what you need (within reason) and we'll work it out.
I ttakes longer to fire up the Windows 95 workshop PC than it does to cut them (If it's stupid but it works it's not stupid lol )

That shapeways model...  expensive and pretty basic IMHO...

The Diana finished. Not 100% exact, but, with my skills it's all I can do.
