Great work alround! 8)

And I especially like the white daemon, so the question remains:

Where is the creepy demon from?

:D
Miniatures you say? Well I too, like to live dangerously...

it's a Ral Partha demon. I believe it's actually an old '80's Tom Meier sculpt and it was also used as plastic miniclix whatsits.

I really like the new editions, very cool.

What did you use to make the mining suit head?
a mixture of quick parts, sarcastic humour, reserve, and caprice.

Here be a rebel Zoat that got seperated from the Tyranid hive fleet and has joined a band of Eldar pirates.
Reaper Miniatures 'Gor-gor'. I immagine the axe constructed with an eldar bone weapon.
I never liked the 40K tyranid zoats very much with their bio-mech weapons. I prefer the WHFB concept of Zoats being wandering mystics possibly created by the Slann. As such this a warrior-psyker lending his services to others.

Those early Orks as tanned, five-o-clock shadowed space monkeys are brilliant.

Consider that idea yoinked!

Understood, but I did like the masks to block controlling 'nid pheromones.

I finally painted my Demogorgon. To be used as a Warp Entity in the 40th millenium.

Excellent. Can't see that thing anymore without thinking of 'Stranger things'.
No bad thing though

Agree. That's why I thought that Admech scientist experimenting with Warp technology may inadvertently have released this monster from another dimension. :D

Space marines of the Grendizer chapter. Fast and furious paintjob with GW contrast paints.

Nice to see those 2nd ed neglected marine sculpts getting some TLC. The contrast paints seem to lend themselves well for these high contrast jobs, even though not so much for flat surfaces. You seem to have pulled it off though.

Out of curiosity; where's the heavy weapon?

lol I was planning to give him a weapon hanging under his arm but I haven't found a suitable weapon yet. I could also turn him in a weapons platform operator. Not sure yet.
I think these paints are perfect for groups of monopose miniatures. I tried painting some several times in the past but I always abandoned them out of sheer boredom!
