I'm not having much luck finding info on this war, old photosites seem to be dead and if I do find information it turns out to be Gulfwar 1.

Anyone have any good pointers?

MicroMark - available via Wargames Vault are probably the best TO&Es you'll get. GHQ have an 'army info' section on their website with some info at 1 model/stand = 1 platoon scale here:
