Are there naval rules for boarding parties?

Thinking of a birthday pressie for a mate, and he mentioned recently that he'd be interested in rules based on boarding parties in the Napoleonic period.

Is there anything out there?

There are 2 rule sets that comes to mind though they are not specific for that period but easy to transform:

Warhammer Legends of the high sea
Ganesha games Flashing Steel

You can also use Song of Drums and Shackos (also from Ganesha) and make a landing party list
