Latest project: Painted Tubby Ghoul King sculpted by Jason Wiebe
« on: February 29, 2016, 11:05:48 PM »
One of Reaper's older metal sculpts, better known as Garravank and a real hefty chunk of a model.  Surprised we haven't seen this guy translated into Bones where he'd be much lighter and less expensive.

Nice paintwork...but that's a terrible looking model/sculpt!  I'd be fine...not seeing it in Bones.  lol

This guy looks rather unhealthy... judging by his skin. But for a ghoul this fits quite good, I'd say.  :)
I like his mouth with teeth and tongue colour. Well done!

He does have some morbid obesity issues going on, yes.  Also probably not getting to shower quite as often as he probably ought to, given the lack of adequate plumbing in your average graveyard or crypt.  But still, I rather like the sculpt itself.  Wiebe's as good at making ghastly fat rolls as he is at the fur effects he's better known for.
