If I may answer for Driscoles and Grimm - the table is indeed being used for Pulp.  If you visit Tactica, you will see it in its Pulp format!

the houses are from Monolith

No - Not ours - though the buildings are - part of the Islamic range, which comes with a choice of either flat or domed roof

The Sikhs are Foundry (but Perry sculpts)

The Mahdists are a mix of some Perrys, OGs, Foundries and Falcon USA.
