My rules arrived yesterday with an unexpected free photographer.  Nice work guys.  They have them for sale in Worcester Wargames when I popped in today.

So, have you had a chance to read over them yet?  If so, what do you think?  Mine  haven't arrived in this part of the US yet, but given my location I don't expect them until sometime next week.  I'm afraid I am starting to look like the attached cartoon.

lol I'm with you Brian! I'm in Ohio and anxiously awaiting my boxes to arrive. Someone posted a review over on TMP and it's almost exactly like Dead Man's Hand - which isn't a bad thing at all  :D . If you've played DMH I can see you up and running within minutes. He didn't use or get into details regarding the vehicles, which I'm very interested in how they work, but did mention that the cards can be used to take 'hit' markers away. So it looks like the cars will have hit points and can be taken out like figures can. Looking at the roster templates figures have a driving skill as well.

ivor,
No, I haven't played DMH, although a local group is putting on a game in early May.  I'm planning on attending that, and using it as a sort of running start into TCW.  As for TMP, well I'm headed over there right now.

Finally found the time to properly look and prep the sculpts today (had them in the house since thursday). And boy do they have character  :D I think I like the moonshiners best, but they all look great.

those Moonshiners are nice
I used to be with it, but then they changed what it was. Now what I'm with isn't it anymore and what is it seems weird and scary.

Had first game the other night, fantastic!! As playable as dmh. We both crashed our cars. Already planning time travel campaign Inc judge dredd and strontiumdog John alpha. Rules so easy to play. I like the photographer figure. Can't wait to start painting moonshiners and prohibition agents, first of many gangs I think😀

The Chicago Way sounds great. Here is another Great Escape Games title that I would love to see available as a .pdf.

With postage, the book & card deck combo currently add up to just under $50 Canadian.

A .pdf + card deck deal would be a ringer for those of us unfamiliar with DMH but interested in giving Great Escape Games a try. If Iron Cross was also available as a .pdf I would have bought two Great Escape Games titles this year already...

Any idea when those casualty figures pictured in my TCW rulebook will be out?  I like those a lot!
