Speaking or replacement swords, what are you using? Whatever they are they're fantastic!

I've felt the swords were the weakest part of the original castings but haven't figured out a replacement that wouldn't be piercing my flesh every time I picked them up.

Guessing the replacement blades are simply regular steel pins cut down a bit?
