I don't think I've heard a more ridiculous statement lately, and I've heard a lot!

Why do you ask such a wierd question?

And no, they are not. They are a breeze to paint and very well sculpted.

I'll cheerfully give feedback about Elhiem Figures! They are well proportioned, convincingly animated and in the case of the historical lines, very well researched 20mm miniatures.

I have painted up quite a few of their WWII Soviets and found them very easy to "speed paint". They did not need a lot of work to come up looking great.

Elheim 20mm miniatures are as easy to paint as anything from Pegasus, Plastic Soldier Co., Blitz or CP Models. In fact, I mix Elheim with most of these manufacturers to keep my collection of 1/72 scale Soviets from looking overly repetitive, wooden and uniform.

Can't recommend enough!  :)

Television is rather a frightening business. But I get all the relaxation I want from my collection of model soldiers. P. Cushing

Not tutorials?

What sort of feedback do you mean? I can point to several tutorials on how to paint 20mm but not entirely sure what you mean.

I've painted a few of the Elhiem range, some of the painted ones on the Web shop are mine, and I find them a breeze to paint, but I do paint alot of 20mm...

So my 'feedback' would be... no not hard to paint at all, but that's a purely personal view, as is yours, and I'm not sure it helps you much.

If you could explain what youre after, I may be able to offer something more useful.

Without putting words in anyone's mouth, I suspect what is meant is "Are Elheim figures hard to paint?"  :)

That would make a lot more sense! Just realised that even with a English forumname you may not be that fluent..... I did not mean to offend.

They have a painting guide on their website. https://www.elhiem.co.uk/page_3038893.html

I find 20mm 1/72 sometimes harder to paint well than 28mm. But can't see why one manufacturer would necessarily be harder or for that matter easier to paint than another unless perhaps they are badly detailed which can ironically make things harder.

I can also highly recommend Elhiem figures; they are an absolute joy to paint. the figures themselves are very well proportioned and realistically rendered, substantial and solid, without having the "burly midget" aesthetic that some older ranges can have, and the detail is very well defined, making it easy for even people like me, with my fists of ham and fingers of butter, to pick out and get good results with.
Proudly not painting Wars of The Roses since... ever

I do not think they are hard to paint, I think the opposite, are easier than 28mm, but with more detail than 15mm, so you can do nice things.

I have some different types, from US rangers to Taliban and armed civilians, and they all look nice with my poor painting skills
 lol

And some of the minis I have:

Bonus, Elhiem as well:
