Yes, convincing looking trees, the giraffe is a nice touch, I stole one from my grandsons toy box and painted it up, Oh the shame of it ...........

I use something very similar, Skale Scenics wire foliage branches pack no8858 . These are of almost identical construction to the ones above, but smaller being branches. However you can join them together as the packs contain all different sizes and build up some decent sized trees, especially shorter more scrubby looking ones which seem to appear quite a lot in real life.Looking at the current catalogue I can't see them anywhere so they must have been discontinued so you'd have to scour the online sites of railway scenery purveyors unfortunately.
