I "started" a Warlock on a jetbike which ended up being a few hours and completing it.  More on the blog as always.

I put together some fake White Dwarf backpages to inspire some folks on the Oldhammer Community on Facebook.

Love it,always liked where warhammer stuff was used for scenery on primitive 40 k worlds. So yours is similar.

Hah!  Heck I don't even own any 40K scenery yet.  Just regurgitating Old West stuff and I had some barrels laying around and those wonderful shipping crates from some models I bought a couple years ago.  After the army is essentially done it'll be time to look into some actual "sci fi" terrain to use.  lol

Well it's official...I can't fit my army comfortably into a camera shot now.  I suppose that's a good thing.  Update shot after all of the recent progress:

*Excluding the two plastic War Walkers I'll more than likely be eBaying.

That is one serious looking army you have there now, sir.
 :-* :-*

And those WD covers look great.
Your figures look great in amongst that scenery.

It's already an army to be very proud of... excellent work (and in such a short time :o ).

What else have you got to get done? If it's lots of guardians GOOD LUCK! :)

So I decided to build a small Space Wolves force as an opponent for my Eldar (even if only for photos!).  I started with the wonderful Terminator Chaplain I picked up a couple of weeks back.

This will be a 2nd edition Space Wolf force with very minimal "wolfiness".  None of the modern ridiculousness, no werewolf crap.  Paint scheme will be identifiable if slightly different.

I dislike all-black miniatures, so even the Chaplain gets away with only a shoulder pad to indicate his office.
