We don't stop playing because we grow old; we grow old because we stop playing.

Marvellous looking game. TFL's campaigns are such fun.

Good looking game.
I am slowing warming to Too Fat Lardies rule sets.
Their C in C rule set is hard not to pick up.
Just got Sharpe Practice 2 in the mail

Marine,

thank you!

I bought Sharpe Practice just yesterday!
Now I have to read it.

I don't like card activation, so before Chain of Command I was not fond of TFL rules.
But IMHO Chain of Command sets a new level on WW2 skirmish.
Yes, I lost a battle because of a couple of lucky rolls of my - skilled - opponent but hey! this is a REALISTIC skirmish, so let be prepared.
Otherwise I would have played with other rules, or other periods, that grant a battle without any "coup de theatre"!

Ciao
Marco
