Some years ago Greg Blake of Cannon Fodder fame gave me permission to share his rules with whomever wanted them.  They used to be posted on the Blazeaway Miniatures site, but the links there no longer work I believe.  So, I have uploaded the rules to Google Drive (Greg's original version and my revised version, along with cards) and have linked them on my Ambushed in the Alley blog.  They are on the right, under downloads:
