is the paint just a textured paint over the foamcore James? Or is it a low grit goop? It has a nice texture but not too much

It's a textured masonry paint called Santex (basically emulsion with bits in). It's getting increasingly difficult to get hold of but luckily I've got a 5ltr tub that should last till I snuff it

Posh house is done and already packed up ready to go.

Only a couple of photos for now as I'm knackered and need to go to bed
