I finally succumbed and went in at Warrior pledge with an hour to go. It was the full armoured warrior that finally did it  :P
I heard that North Star is meant to be stocking these in the future. If so that will make it a bit easier for me to buy more to expand my forces (and avoid the P.O. handling charge  >:() I've also been thinking that a DBM army would make a nice project for the future...
I'm not a mercenary. Killing's more of a hobby for me.

My sympathies NugleHH. I was in the same position as you for quite a while, and becoming very frustrated. I finally got my Kickstarter reward last week, just before I boiled over. But I have it now.

My second-hand information is that the gentleman running the production/warehousing/fulfillment end of Crucible Crush (I'll keep his name to myself and off the internet) may be over-extended on a combination of business ventures and personal affairs, and is having trouble keeping up with CC activities. Of course THAT IS NO EXCUSE for poor customer service, but his intentions seem to be honest, and he made things right for me, so I shep a bissel rachmonas punim on a fellow human, doing the best he can in a tough world.

He may have lost track of your order. He may think he already shipped to you. Like you, I had trouble getting his attention. This email address put me in touch with him, I hope it works for you:

cruciblecrush@hotmail.com

There was some time lag on his communications. Frankly, he made a couple of promises that he took a while to fulfill. I had to noodge him. I grumbled a lot to my friends and I nearly boiled over. But in the end, he made things right. Be patient and gentle, I think he means well.

Oh, and the product is gorgeous, so I'm glad I can remain a satisfied Crucible Crush customer.

Oh, the Reward was figures only at this point, the rules are still being developed and play-tested, haven't yet been published. I downloaded a draft copy from the CC site.

Sorry to hear you're having problems, Nurgle.

I agree that the figures are gorgeous. I bought 3 packs worth around Christmas, and have one final pack of them to paint up. Looking forward to it...

Keep at it.

New post on the blog tells about the changes we have made to canoe rules, and outlines a multi warband playtest we performed.
Please check it out! https://flintandfeatherplaytest.blogspot.ca/2017/04/multi-warband-game.html

Beautiful game.  I'm really looking forward to the release of the printed rules and Bob's gorgeous medecine cards.

One thing:  you never actually mention what the changes are to the canoe rules.  It looks like the sentences explaining that got clipped out of the report near the beginning.  I'm curious to know what those changes are...

Canoes will move faster, they seemed to be too cumbersome in the rules.
Canoes now move 6" plus 1d6" per paddler. This can be modified by upstream and downstream.
Also, a lot of clarification of the use of canoes. It takes an Action to disembark from a grounded canoe. Dropping canoes that you are portaging to fight also takes an action. You cannot fight someone who is standing from a canoe. Much of this was left out of the beta playtest rules.
Here are some pictures of the Medicine Cards
