I'd recommend the old copplestone/grenadier wood elves - now sold by Mirliton (as already mentioned)

Those are very "Wild Elf" looking IMO but I find wood elves with cavalry slightly counter-intuitive.

That's handy to know.  Now I've looked back at the Woodies, and regreting how many I bought, painted, and sold, I'm wondering if they would look nice amongst my remaining collection.  Once more, for old times sake.

That is a good point, maybe I'll try to convert the horses into Elk to make them a bit more appropriate or just replace them with Centaurs all together.
