Just a quick size comparison for you guys. Got my Fireforge peasants delivered today, the second part of their kickstarter. Took a quick comparison with a Frostgrave soldier and an Oathmark human. The peasants are just slightly taller than Oathmark/Frostgrave, but share similar proportions and should mix well with those kits. I could easily see making an unarmoured warrior by combining Oathmark and Fireforge.

Height difference is barely noticeable with them based that way.  Amazing what the thickness of a base can do.  :)

I got my Fireforge peasants and dead peasants last week, looks like I should pick up some frostgrave soldiers to kitbash them with.

It rises from the dead! I have not painted anything Game of Thrones in a little while, been busy with SAGA and Oathmark projects. Managed to paint the next two packs of Claymore Castings english archers yesterday though, so now I have all 16 in that set painted. Absolutely brilliant sculpts from Matt Bickley.

The new models:

Oooh, I've been meaning to pick up a few packs of these archers! Thanks for sharing!

Though, given the wide stances they have, I'm guessing fitting them onto a 20mmx20mm base is a bit of a challenge!

Those Claymore Archers are great additions to your project - excellent blend of colour choice

Yes, they are tricky enough to rank up with my 25mm squares, 20 would take some serious planning.

Missed the Longbowmen update! They look super. I've been tempted by Claymore for a while now. You make them look great, as usual.

Thank you both! Always fun to see the old thread pop up on it's own. I have the next unit for this force on the painting table, but not sure when they will be done.

I can not recommend them enough. Beside the quality of sculpts they also tend to have some very nice clean casts. There's a second cavalry set coming out soon that I am really looking forward to getting.

Excellent...hadn’t heard that, but will be on my ever expanding wish list as well
