Shooting Against a Fight Split Stat?
« on: May 24, 2016, 11:09:14 AM »
Hi Folks

Being new, I'm not 100% sure what is used against Shooting
as my wizards Fight stat is +2/+3 with a dagger?

I'm guessing +2 as the +3 is during Combat?

Any advice appreciated,

Walts

You use +3 for both fighting and against shooting.

I know some people talk about "house-ruling" it differently but that's the way it's done.

Can I ask why u have the two stats ... just to show he's carrying two weapons?

Or is there odd tests that mention ur base stat?

Thanks, Walts

There are several reasons for a split stat. If you have any injuries they effect the model injured giving a split stat, EG: Broken leg gives -1 move which would be shown on your wizard as
Move 6/5 this modifier does not trickle down to your apprentice so he would still have a 6 move.

This is also common when a wizard is wielding a hand weapon and a dagger giving him a +1 fight shown as (for a base wizard) Fight +2/+3 and again this doesn't trickle down to the apprentice.
