Colonial steamboat Company contact issues.

Hi, Just wondering if anyone else has had recent dealings with the above company. I've sent a couple of e-mails regarding a project I've commissioned but not heard anything back. Is this the usual way this guy works? any info would be greatly appreciated.

Had similar issues last year, came good in then , really good product. Had to resort to a PayPal dispute though , but when I did things moved swiftly , and was happy to drop that. I would still order again
