After a long break,painting Retreat and Texan minis, I'm revisiting my Mutiny collection, here's a mutineer skirmish unit that'll be seeing action this weekend in a Rebels and Patriot game.
Once again some lovely figures from Iron Duke.

Imposters ,supposedly representing sepoys from a rifle company,I believe the tunic is incorrect,but don't tell anyone

Yes a great Christmas thank you. I hope your stocking was full of wargame goodies.

I actually checked and you are right the "Rifle companies wore green uniforms, black facings and black equipment."

So kudos to you for going in a slightly different direction and adding some colour to the game. Keep up the good work. Have agreat

Very nice indeed Keith, just painted some of these myself for the Sikh Wars project they are lovely figures. And although some of the Sepoy light companies had rifles not all did so doing these with muskets is perfectly historical too, they were still int eh process of mving to rifles when the mutiny erupted.

Tonight's game,Botched Relief scenario from Neil Thomas One Hour Wargames,Brits need to capture the village having the smaller force but Sepoys are committing units piecemeal.
Good game with Brits victorious.
