British Command Bases: Wellington & Staff
« on: July 24, 2016, 10:32:30 AM »
Hi Guys,

I was asked to create two British Napoleonic Command Bases using Figures from Front Rank. The first was supposed to depict Lord Uxbridge with an ADC and Scot's Grey Trumpeter, the other should show the Duke of Wellington with some supporting Staff Officers and a Trooper from the Household Cavalry acting as a Messenger moving among the troops, passing some Guards and a wounded Soldier who is waving enthusiastically to his Commander.

Well here are the finished results. I hope you like them  ;)

Please follow the link below for more pictures.

Lord Uxbridge with Staff Officer and Scot Grey Trumpeter: http://www.sascha-herm.com/British-CB01.htm

Any comments are very welcome.

Kind regards

Sascha

Wonderful painting even though I'm not convinced of some of the models.

Incredible painting, and the dioramas make sense as you explained them up front; if it was me I would have probably not included the two infantryman, but I guess it was what the customer wanted.
I am going to build a wargames army, a big beautiful wargames army, and Mexico is going to pay for it.
