Prodos Games: Space Crusade

They should have just left the space babes and renamed the whole thing... "Three-breasted Space Vixens from Eroticon VIII" or something. Better than to drag the Space Crusafe name through the dirt. I also can't remember WarZone getting the same kind of "treatment" from them, even though the Brotherhood all-female Cardinal Guard and the Bauhaus Etoiles Mourantes would have been perfect targets 

There were certain people in the company ready to stop them making such silly decisions.

The original Valkyries were vetoed for being downright offensively sexist.

I hate that they are dragging the Space Crusade name through the dirt. I have no fight with Prodos, but I really wish they spent a bit more time making a decent homage to the original. Sadly, for them it's just a name. They never grew up with the original game like so many of us did.

I think this game may actually be done purely as a test for the capabilities of their new casting technology.

Finally, some minis you won't be ashamed off.

Still silly in many ways, and not something I have interest in but they look much better than before. The proportions aren't any worse than you'd see in other games like infinity which share similar anime-girl dimensions.

Plus, slap some backpacks on them and you've got some fine Sisters of Battle Proxies.

As for the wolves a head swap is all they need.

The figures are very good designed, but they look a bit to anime for me. Some poses are very strange. they are good, but not space crusade. My 2ct...
