New to ECW in 15mm
« on: July 12, 2016, 09:21:27 AM »
Hi everyone, at a recent bring and buy one of my local gamers bought some 15mm ECW for him and I to play, however neither of us have the foggiest idea where to start when it comes to either appropriate and accessible rules or to what the standard model to base ratio is, and as such and help out advice would be much appreciated.

Incidentally I had a look through for previous posts about both of these but a lot of the posts are a few years old and I worried there may be newer rules out there.

I'll also try and sort out a painting blog or gallery as they take shape.

Peter Pig's 'Regiment of Foote' might be what you're looking for? Relatively simple, ideal for a game on a club night. Scenario generating system. Not sure how it sits for 'historical accuracy'? But it's a fun game!
