Saloon Signs

I'm currently working on a Wild West saloon and would appreciate some advice. I'd like to plaster the outside walls of the saloon with all kinds of posters - reward offered, no guns in saloon, dentist up the street etc. I think I can get the posters on-line but have no idea how to resize them. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

If they are Jpegs from the net or if you scan in you can insert them to word, powerpoint etc and resize them.

What Gary said, easiest way.  They just loose a little bit of resolution but you will find that with almost every method that you try.
