You can paste the web address in your post, highlight, then click "Insert Hyperlink" icon (third icon from the left, middle row). Or if you want the link in a word or phrase, after the 'url" in the first set of brackets, type '=' then paste your link. My link in the above post is highlighted because I used the glow icon (5th icon top row); otherwise a reader wouldn't see the link unless they scrolled over it.

No, I found that very useful as I've been wondering how to link in a word instead of the url.
